Senior Conversational UX Designer (m/f/d)

Strengthen our team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Senior Conversational UX Designer (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

This position will play a crucial role in designing a cutting-edge AI/NLP education engine.

Tasks

• Lead the design of a sophisticated AI/NLP and data-driven education engine.
• Design user interfaces (UI), user experiences (UX), and conversational aspects tailored for learners.
• Quickly turn conceptual ideas into prototypes, design user and dialog flows based on data analysis and user research.
• Gather feedback, iterate, and deliver products with an outstanding user experience.
• Continuously enhance the overall product experience.

Profile

• Expertise in designing innovative interfaces for learners across mobile, web, speaking assistants, and VR, with a focus on content creation and consumption.
• Proven experience in UX and UI design, having led multiple projects from strategy to launch, showcasing a keen attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of conversational UI design principles to enhance user interaction.
• Skilled in developing prototypes, MVPs, and final products within fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven design practices, along with modern design and collaboration tools.
• Experience with front-end programming is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
