Verstärke unser Team der Hochschulverwaltung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Campus Service Lead (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) zunächst befristet auf zwei Jahre (mit dem Ziel der Übernahme) vor Ort an unserem Studienort in Augsburg.

Deine Aufgaben

Studierenden-Support: Aktive Betreuung und Unterstützung in allen Campusangelegenheiten, inklusive administrativer Aufgaben.
Stakeholder-Koordination: Effektive Zusammenarbeit und Informationsvermittlung zwischen internen Abteilungen und Studierenden.
Eventmanagement: Planung und Realisierung von Veranstaltungen zur Stärkung der Campusgemeinschaft.
Beschwerdemanagement: Schnelle und effiziente Bearbeitung von Feedback und Beschwerden in Kooperation mit den Student Services und weiteren Abteilungen.
Campusrepräsentation: Vertretung des Campus bei offiziellen Veranstaltungen und Pflege von Beziehungen zu externen lokalen Partnern.

Dein Profil

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau, Fachkraft für Gastronomie, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL oder vergleichbar.
Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Service, Qualitätsmanagement, Guestrelation oder Eventmanagement mit.
Durch Deine ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Serviceorientierung stehen Kund*innen bei Dir immer an erster Stelle.
Du hast Lust in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und kannst flexibel auf kurzfristige Veränderungen reagieren.
Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist ein Organisationstalent.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
