Verstärke unser Team der Hochschulverwaltung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Campus Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) vor Ort an unserem Studienort in Dortmund.

Deine Aufgaben

Campusmanagement & Studienalltag: Du stellst einen reibungslosen Studienalltag sicher, indem Du alle infrastrukturellen, administrativen und serviceorientierten Prozesse am Campus koordinierst.
Teamführung: Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch das Student Service Team vor Ort sowie an einem Satellitenstandort.
Studierendenzufriedenheit: Du bist verantwortlich für die Zufriedenheit der Studierenden (Net Promoter Score), die Reputation des Campus und die Graduierungsquote.
Schnittstellenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit der akademischen Leitung und zentralen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Kurs- und Prüfungsmanagement sowie Real Estate Management zusammen.
Optimierung & Eventmanagement: Du optimierst Prozesse, managst Eskalationen, repräsentierst den Campus bei Veranstaltungen und pflegst Beziehungen zu lokalen Partnern.

Dein Profil

Führungserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams mit, idealerweise in Bereichen wie Customer Service, Hotellerie, Filialleitung oder Vertrieb.
Kundenorientierung: Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsmentalität zeichnet Dich aus.
Stärken: Du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsgeschick, Organisationstalent und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
Qualifikation: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Flexibilität: Du bist reisefreudig, wenn es erforderlich ist, und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, um Studierende und Partner optimal zu betreuen.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
