Verstärke unser Corporate Consulting ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als Process automation developer (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in München oder im Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst RPA-Bots (UIPath/Power Automate) auf Basis von erarbeiteten Prozessbeschreibungen, um unsere Prozessautomatisierung voranzutreiben
Du erstellst Cloud-Automation-Workflows auf Basis von erarbeiteten Prozessbeschreibungen, um unsere Prozessautomatisierung voranzutreiben
Du bist Sparring-Partner für unsere Projektmanager, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die richtigen Prozesse automatisieren
Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Automatisierungsprojekte und stellst somit deren Umsetzung sicher
Bei möglichen Fehlern der Bots oder Cloud Automation Workflows reagierst du rasch, um diese innerhalb der Fachabteilung bestmöglich zu beheben
Du unterstützt an der IU dabei, weitere Mitarbeiter in Kenntnissen der Entwicklung von Bots und Cloud-Automation Workflows auszubilden
Du stehst in regelmäßigem Kontakt zu externen Dienstleistern, die du auch fachlich bei der Umsetzung von Automatisierungen für die IU berätst und aussteuerst
Du agierst als letztes Quality Gate für Citizen Developer aus den Fachteams, um sicherzustellen, dass erstellte Automatisierungen unserem Business-Standard entsprechen
Und viele weitere, potenzielle Aufgaben, die auf dein Profil und deine Wünsche zugeschnitten werden, sobald du an Board bist –> wir schaffen für dich ein attraktives Arbeitsumfeld

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit der RPA-Bot-Entwicklung (z.B. UIPath/Automation Anywhere) und / oder der Cloud-Automation Entwicklung gesammelt
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Ausbildung
Du kannst Ausbildungszertifikate von UIPath/Power Automate nachweisen
Wünschenswert (aber nicht erforderlich) zusätzliche Kenntnisse im Coding-Bereich
Erfolg hast Du am liebsten im Team und Teamarbeit ist Dir genauso wichtig wie selbstständiges Arbeiten – hier freust Du Dich über jedes Feedback, um jeden Tag noch etwas besser zu werden
Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise und hast auch in turbulenten Zeiten immer ein Blick für Details

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
