Verstärke unser HR-Team ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als (Senior) HR Business Partner (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist im Team Employer Relations & HR Business Partner in einer strategischen, organisatorischen & kommunikativen Funktion
Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu unseren weiteren HR-Expert:innen wie HR Operations, Academic Recruiting, Payroll & People Experience und arbeitest an übergreifenden HR Projekten mit
Du arbeitest eng & vertrauensvoll mit den Mitbestimmungsgremien zusammen und stehst im regelmäßigen direkten Austausch mit unseren lokalen Gremien
Du pflegst einen kontinuierlichen & vorausschauenden Austausch mit den Fachbereichen und dem Employee Relation Management als Basis für eine kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitbestimmungsgremien
Du unterstützt bei ad hoc Anfragen aus dem Business und gewährleistest in Kooperation mit den Führungskräften eine kontinuierliche Datenqualität in unserem HCM System Workday

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits Berufserfahrungen als (Senior) HR Business Partner, oder in einer vergleichbaren Position mit relevanter Betriebsrat-Erfahrung
Du hast Spaß an einer vielfältigen Tätigkeit und möchtest gerne an bereichsübergreifenden HR-Themen arbeiten
Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Kenntnisse im Kollektivrecht
Darüber hinaus hast du fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
Du kannst mit Change gut umgehen und ziehst deine Energie aus neuen Aufgaben und hast Spaß daran dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
Du bist ein konstruktiver & emphatischer Kommunikator
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

How flexible are the working hours at IU?

Working hours are naturally position dependent at IU but normally you can arrange them the way you want, together with your team and supervisor.

Why are there so many open positions at IU?

Good question! We are experiencing explosive growth as students flock to adopt our unique education methods. That’s why we have become IU International University of Applied Sciences.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.
