Strengthen our Salestech Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Twilio Citizen Developer (m/f/d) at our IU office locations or remotely (must reside in Germany or the UK).

Serve as the pivotal connector between the product, engineering, sales and sales ops teams, ensuring seamless integration of requirements and common understanding.

Actively engage in ideation and design sessions with tech and business teams to conceptualize innovative features for our omnichannel solution and assist in their implementation.

Identify opportunities for sales process and Twilio setting improvements, translating these insights into actionable technical and configurational requirements.

Spearhead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring team members have access to vital information.

Organize, plan, and execute the onboarding of new departments by customizing the solution to meet their specific needs, while serving as the key contact for Sales Ops by providing hands-on troubleshooting and optimization support.

Gather direct user feedback through interviews and shadowing sessions to identify areas for enhancement, and create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights for data-driven decision-making in collaboration with the product engineering team.

3-5 years of experience in product operations or process optimization, preferably for omnichannel communication platforms like Twilio.

Strong understanding of operational metrics and KPIs used to improve sales and contact center-like environments.

Prior experience with event driven architecture and low-code configuration is a must, experiences with SDK platforms and CRM integrations a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to scale and improve product processes, including onboarding, training, and support processes, preferably for sales departments.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills to proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions.

Certifications in product operations management or project management (e.g., PMP, CSPO, PRINCE2) are a plus.
