Business Development Strategist (m/f/d)

Strengthen our team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Business Development Strategist (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving lead acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility—suited for an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to accelerate growth in target markets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities that align with the company’s vision and revenue goals.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance our market position and product value.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, understand competitive dynamics, and identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth efforts.
• Measure, analyze, and report on business development activities and outcomes to refine strategies.

• A proactive thinker who sees the bigger picture and is passionate about building a business from the ground up.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. SaaS experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in lead generation, sales execution, and partnership cultivation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and represent the company effectively.
• An understanding of social media and content creation to support brand-building activities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategies and track progress.
