Director Product EduPlatform Services (m/f/d)

This position is available immediately in full-time (40hrs./week) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

• Lead the vision and strategy to enable end-to-end learning journeys by leveraging tech and AI. Continuously optimize the creation and delivery of our study programs, supporting teams across the organization to offer innovative, scalable services tailored to student needs.

• Transform legacy systems into future-ready solutions by implementing the latest technology. Drive innovation and set new standards for educational platforms, ensuring they are flexible, scalable, prepared for the multi-brand era, and setting new standards for educational platforms.

• Drive enhancements in key internal processes such as program and curricula management, learning experience optimization, course and lecturer coordination, and media production. These improvements will directly impact product quality, speed to market, and operational efficiency.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (business teams, UX, engineering, QA, enterprise architecture) including stakeholder communications with a focus on ensuring alignment and collaboration across all product team initiatives, fostering a cohesive and productive environment.

• Strategically design and implement a roadmap for integrating additional business units and universities into EduPlatform, expanding its reach and impact across the education sector.

• Establish scalable processes and systems that allow for rapid growth and customization across different brands, products, and markets.

• Proven experience leading product groups, ideally in B2B/B2C environments or scale-ups, with a focus on multi-product or internal-facing product portfolios.

• A robust technical background with the expertise to confidently lead and drive tech-enabled product development, ensuring products are optimized for scalability and innovation.

• Experience managing large, matrixed organizations, including product and engineering teams. You excel at navigating complex systems, identifying opportunities for process innovation and optimization at scale.

• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and excel at ensuring alignment across all initiatives within the product team.

• Fluency in English is required. German is a plus.

• Experience in the higher education sector or education-related product development is a strong advantage but not a requirement.
